How Reco Engine works with Manheim
Manheim (including Simulcast and timed online) is still a core UK remarketing channel, especially for fleet and lease de-fleet. Reco Engine is not a Manheim alternative. You still need a Manheim buyer account. You still bid, pay fees, and collect on Manheim’s terms.
Stop cloning BCA filters into Manheim
The usual workflow is a saved search on BCA, then the same idea rebuilt in Manheim’s UI — slightly different fields, slightly different grades, twice the admin. Reco uses one set of exclusions and preferences across both houses.
Preferences matter here. Auction saved searches are mostly on or off. Reco can hide the never-buys and still lift a stretch Manheim car that looks like what you retail, instead of forcing you to loosen a filter and drown in the catalogue.
